Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).
Delivery Times
- Standard shipping: 3–15 business days, depending on destination.

Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping to most supported countries and regions.
Duties, taxes, and import fees set by destination customs are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise required by law.
For U.S. customers: U.S. orders are duty-paid (duties and taxes included), so you shouldn’t be charged import fees upon delivery. Learn more →
Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed once your order has shipped.
Risk of Loss
Responsibility transfers to the buyer once the package is delivered by the carrier. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by customs clearance, natural disasters, or courier disruptions.
International Orders
Customs inspections may cause delays beyond our control. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and accessible.
