If you receive a product with any quality issues, please email us ([email protected])within 7 days of receiving the item and provide photos or videos as proof. We will provide free return and exchange services and cover all related costs.


Size or color issues:
1. If the size or color of the product you receive does not match your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item, and we will provide return and exchange services and cover related costs.
2. If you are not satisfied with the color and size, please contact us([email protected]) within 7 days of receiving the item, and we will provide return and exchange services, but the customer will bear the shipping fees.


Non-receipt of product:
If you have not received our product, please contact us([email protected]). If the non-receipt is confirmed, we will provide free refund or re-delivery services.

Other reasons:
If you're not—for any reason—your unwashed and unworn Senseng can be returned within 30 days of original purchase for a full refund (except for shipping costs). Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. Keep in mind that you'll be responsible for all return shipping fees, and we won't reimburse the original shipping costs.


Gifts and discounted products are not eligible for return.
