Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, please ensure:

Non-Returnable Items

How to Start a Return

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved: Your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within a few business days.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or a different style, please contact us first. Exchanges are subject to inventory availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will prioritize a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Customer Remorse Returns
For returns due to personal preference (e.g., change of mind on color or size), the return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.
EU 14-Day Cooling-off Period
In addition to our 90-day policy, customers in the European Union have a statutory right to cancel or return orders within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
